My Existence

A little about me... I'm a 24 year old female from Nova Scotia Canada, currently living in Calgary, Alberta. As of 07/07/07 I am the wife to most incredible man alive. We both recently graudated from Dalhousie with BScs and diplomas in DH. I am anxious to start my career as a professional bull rider...as of now it's off to a slow start.

Things, things, things, and more things

It's been awhile since I last blogged, not sure the reasoning behind it, but anyways here's a post about things.

So work is going better than it was, I'm still not thrilled about having to work period, but then again who really is. I really like my co-workers and the job itself is getting less stressful and I am slowly learning not to bring any of it home with me, which is nice.

I was pretty homesick awhile back, and still am but to a lesser extent. My parents are coming out next month for two weeks and I am sooo excited about that!!!! I can not wait to see them and show them around and do all kinds of wonderful things, like go shopping, see the Christmas lights at the zoo, go to the mountains, and do some Christmas baking with my Mom!!!

Speaking of Christmas, Farron and I pretty much finished our Christmas shopping yesterday. We're pretty happy about beating the Christmas shopping crowd, now we only have to worry about getting gifts for eachother. I have a list started of what to get him, so I am not too concerned.

Lately, I have been getting the urge that I want to have a baby, but Farron isn't long putting a halt to that. I had him pretty worried last week-end, he thought for sure I wanted a baby right away and was trying so hard to convince me I didn't. I know we are not ready in any shape or form for a baby, but it just seems like everyone is having one, or multiples lately. I want twins, lol!!! Anyways, in due time I know we will have a baby and be so happy. But for now we are trying to get some debt paid off, figure out what we want in life, and do some travelling before we have anyone else to take care of. So Daddy Farron can rest easy knowing we're not going to have a baby anytime soon.

Currently, Farron and I are renting a townhouse and really love the location, but do not appreciate the fact that our money is sliding out of our hands and paying for our landlords mortage. So we have been house hunting the last few weeks and it is looking quite promising. The house prices are dropping, which is a huge plus for us, and there are lots of houses in this area which is wonderful because I could still walk to work which is very important considering I can not drive.

Well I guess that is an update from me for now, till something major happens.
