Update for week one. The week started of great, exercising and sticking to the calorie limit for the first 4 days. After that things went downhill a bit. The weather got worse so outside activity slowed and calorie increase and cheats appeared on friday, saturday, and sunday!!!! Week 1 weigh in revealed a 4 pund weight loss. I can deal with this but wish I wouldn't have caved on the week-end. It's a new week so let's see how it goes.

4 pounds lost is awesome! I've been dieting for about a month and a half, and I've actually gained 6lbs. WTF? I'm so discouraged...but you should be VERY happy with your progress.
Thanks! I am happy with the progress, just disappointed in my will power. 1200 cals doesn't seem to be cutting it and cheats are happening all the time. I am just aiming for 16 more before the big day. Hopefully once I am home and away from fast food, I'll be better. Maybe you are gaining muscle? And besides, either way atleast you are getting healthier!
