Randomness....

There is nothing really new or mind pressing to blog about just bored and felt like writing some sort of non-sense. It's the weirdest thing, at night I lay there trying to fall asleep and all these neat blog ideas float through my head, then when I actually have the time to blog my mind goes completely blank. So I'm thinking if I sit here and type randomness long enough maybe just maybe one of those neat ideas will pop into my head. So far.... no luck.
Okay okay I'm getting something...while I was home over Christmas I realized there are some words I never pronounced correctly, could spell, or knew what they meant here are some examples

wheel barrow - I always thought it was spelled and pronounced wheel barrel

sinew - Farron said this word while looking at the turkey and I had no idea what he was talking about, for those like me who have no idea what it means it's another word for tendon

kareokee - get it 'carry your own key'

finagle - to obtain by trickery, Farron used this word I thought he had made it up till one of my prof. used it and then I knew it was real.

butter knife - growing up I always referred to it as a K's knife, that's what my Dad always called it so up till about grade 6 I had no idea what a butter knife was

Toque - Around my house it was known as a tossel leg hat, it wasn't until highschool I discoverd toque was used in the English language I only knew it in French class

I'm sure there are lots more but as usual my mind has drawn a blank....
